UPDATE on Email message 8/5/2025 

I already placed a Section 8  inspection request with the Section 8 administrator. 


Twice the inspector failed to show. 

She has my memorandum, which is on court record - as this will also be - considering the very fact your office has failed to do any maintenance for three years and I am continuously finding evidence my apartment is illegally entered due to theft and vandalism 

NEVER HAS YOUR OFFICE FOLLOWED THROUGH WITH ANY INSPECTION FOR THE 12+ YEARS I HAVE RESUDED HERE ALWAYS PAYING MY RENT TIMELY YET YOUR OFFICE IS TRYING TO EVICT ME FOR A SECOND TIME LYING ABOUT NON-PAYMENT OF RENT WHEN IN FACT MY RENT ($171/MONTH since I Moved here) IS OVERPAID AS WELL AS I remind you your office was ordered by a court to REMOVE $14,000 IN EXCESSIVE FRAUDULENT CHARGES YET YOU JUST SHOW MODUS OPERANDI.

I am waiting for rescheduling after no-show's twice. I am not completing your paperwork which is repeatedly defective.

Link to Appeal Case is pending.  I need to upload my document.

In my housing complaint case, I motioned to strike the defendant's motion which was defective.  The judge would not say why I could not strike except nefariously saying strikes are only allowed for complaints, which is FALSE.  

They could have resubmitted the damn motion!
