Full title:  Illegal Eviction - Housing Complaint - Defective Transcript  31Oct2024

The hearing lasted twice as long than the transcript covered!  What is on the transcript is not only a segment, but a frauded segment.  I will make more notes later.    Though the defendants failed to Answer the Complaint and failed to appear, "Judge" Stone who is obviously a fake, failed to enter a default!  Instead ruled in favor of the ones who broke every law in the book!

The transcript is defective because of the recording being frauded - not because of anything the court reporter did!  In fact, the young man who appeared was NOT an attorney, claimed he was Attorney Peter Hoops - so they frauded the recording and said it was Attorney St. Rock, who submitted a lame Motion To Dismiss which was non-compliant and I motioned to Strike to give him a chance to remedy with one that made sense!  But no, the judge was NOT Alayna Stone!  She was a woman in her 60's and did not look like her yet claimed she was Alayna Stone!  

This is all I have time for...I was looking for my scanned Motion To Open to Upload, since it was reason for appeal - but it is missing....most likely the cyber criminals deleted it!
