MOTION FOR DEFAULT JUDGMENT
UPDATE 10/7/2023 - I was finally able to get someone in July or August! I was told my case manager was changed. I asked why I was not notified - why were my emails ignored? She transferred me to a woman who said her name was "Yani", like Benjamin Netanyahu's brother who was murdered while serving the IDF. She later said, "my name is Yana, despite not correcting my emails, etc. Yana claimed, "I didn't respond because your case was dismissed". I said, "you did not send me a dismissal. How would I know? I obviously did not know based on my emails." I shared the difficulty she gave me in other affiliated blogposts. She claimed she had been there 17 years, yet told me things like, "It doesn't matter what the law says....don't worry about the other party...you take care of you...What absolutely bizar things for her to say!
