Happy Holidays. As I was going through e-files while working on my Motion To Supplement Brief (long story you don't want to know about!) I found this letter I sent to the Yale University President in 2015.....yet Raymond Clark is still in prison!  Makes me sick!  The real murderers of Annie Le got off!  There was obviously more than one who did it - she was abducted and taken out of the building, murdered, chopped up and put in the maintenance tool box - not "placed in the wall" as the media lied about!

Dear Dr. Solovey:

 

For God, For Country, for Yale.  Is this only a dream?  Raymond Clark is innocent and I believe that Yale University turned its back on him to serve Clinton conspirators’ wants.  

“Curiosity is reason for existing”-Einstein. I believe I quoted that correctly. Yet in this current society, the Clintons and Obamas have changed the social platform and encourage people to not think for themselves and reward people for agreeing with them!  They are nothing more than criminals! They are destroying everything that made this country strong, particularly moral values and the economy!  

The Quantum Theory reflects that we are not always able to perfectly predict or determine the results of matter. The sun’s natural process of nuclear fusion is still a mystery to us – yet it is the most important force we have. Laws of physics predict a singularity, such as the Big Bang Theory.  “The Butterfly Effect” (Lorenses) says even the tiniest disturbance can tip the balance of our weather, ultimately causing a large turbulence on the other side of the world.  Considering the butterfly element to trigger chaos, apply that to social science. Apply that to our economy.  How can the disturbances caused by the Clintons grow into a huge social turbulence, and also pick up the Obama corruption for more force to destroy?  When will our majority see this destructive turbulence for what it is rather than just accept this mess of chaos they have created? Our country’s facing disaster and it is affecting the whole world.  

For Yale to turn their back on Raymond Clark was a complete disgrace to the what the wheel of justice represents!  The Clinton-Obama concept of “scandal brings business” is played out in the courts time and time again and judges humor themselves with their corruption!  Caselaws are false, yet they claim the caselaws take precedence over the Constitution!  I had a law teacher who said that!  I proved the caselaw opinions he gave to us as homework, to “analyze” were indeed fraudulent.  He not only got angry with me and no doubt contributed to the already existing suffering I had in my life, but the law libraries did the unthinkable – REMOVED the documents that actually proved the opinions were filled with lies oftentimes!  I call that “pancaking” – NOT fixing! Raymond Clark pleaded not guilty because he was not guilty!  They did the same thing to Dr. Navneet Tyagi when he was erroneously arrested by New Haven police on unfounded charges stemming from his fiancé simply walking into the police department and telling them he raped her! I didn’t know Dr. Tyagi but I was not going to stand for this blind-sided arrest! The fact FIVE police officers go to his apartment complex door and WAIT for him to get home said it all!

Yet Yale did nothing! Dr. Navneet lost his position at the Arthur Horwitch Lab. He lost everything he knew as his life.  But here in New Haven, the common thread that this society is made of is the notion that if you just don’t bother the corrupted leaders here, they won’t bother you.  Relenting to organized crime!  When I discovered that the federal courthouse was named after a New Haven mayor who was an obvious defector – a draft-dodger who was a spoiled brat and got a doctor to issue a statement that he had ulcers so badly that they could not be managed even if he got a sedentary job when he was drafted – is indeed a very unpatriotic scheme.  Just as unpatriotic as Bill Clinton was when he dodged the draft.  Bill Clinton is far from being a fierce leader. He hooks up with organized crime. He abused power. He lies, cheats, steals and even gets people murdered when they ‘get in his way’ despite this being a free country!  Yale helps promote Hillary’s “lifestyle choice” of bisexuality – and completely obliterates the value of a home and family!  My life has been rattled by corruption by others and it sickens me. I will never give in to it!  Most of the judges in this state are liars and crooks.  No thanks to the universities with law departments which could actually correct the corruption!

Raymond Clark was friends with Annie Le.  Even Annie Le’s fiancé was shocked that Raymond Clark was arrested.  Considering the shock that he and her family went through, and the lack of professional investigation, they were indeed vulnerable as well as beside themselves.  Yale should have stepped in when the New Haven police blamed their poor investigation on the cadaver dogs!  That was absolutely stupid!  Anyone knows that when cadaver dogs are used, they are always to be tested first, to ensure that they are capable that day.  No doubt, those dogs WERE doing their  jobs – much more than I can say about the local police!  The fact that Annie Le was chopped up, yet no traces of her blood were found in the building – not even her body even though it would have been fresh blood – is obvious that police were involved with foul play! The fact that the Roberto Clemente School was demolished when it did not need to be, was most likely where Annie Le was taken and chopped up – in the basement! It may be they wanted to kidnap her for money and their plan went array when she tried to escape – and she was “accidentally” strangled.  Because Steven Hayes was obviously instructed by his attorney to use that as a defense, for strangling Jennifer-Hawke Petit, at the trial.

New Haven is rampant with corruption because the same corrupted people are given leadership positions to keep it going! When I was illicitly evicted from my apartment in 2010, I got no help from then-Senator Toni Harp!  Blumenthal was no-doubt in on it and most likely wanted me dead, to cover up HIS crimes in office!  PA05-239 was passed for a reason! No one disabled can be evicted for Lapse of Time!  When I saught help, they stabbed me in the back by getting the illegal, idiot landlord to file a small claim against me for rent, to allude I owed him money. I prepared a full file for my defense – to prove how illegal he was AND the fact the City of New Haven was doing absolutely nothing, even though the building did not have a certificate of occupancy AND he and his girlfriend lived in the condemned basement apartment!  When I sought help from Rosa DeLauro, the first thing she is obligated to do is ensure the apartment building was legitimate.  She did nothing of the sort!  She only made my bad situation worse, by having me moved from the condemned basement to the first floor.  My apartment was being illegally entered all the time, even AFTER I got an ADT system, paying at least $60/month for its ineffectiveness since the police enjoy getting ADT to not notify me when THEY obviously are breaking in my apartment! Judge John Abrams said in housing court that he did not know of any such law that protected the rights of a paying disabled tenant – despite the fact that he was state representative who SUPPORTED it when it was a bill!  Oh, maybe it doesn’t count because it was probably one of the many times he was under the influence of an illegal drug!  He was prohibited from being sworn in as a state rep, so James Amaan covered it up by CREATING a six-figure position for him to allude that Abrams just wanted a better a job!

There is no doubt in my mind that Raymond Clark is innocent – yet Yale leaves him in prison to suffer! Clintons are no doubt brewing ways to make him suffer more because he represents the truth! Bill Clinton got a man from their to get murdered when he was in prison.  He was injected with lacex and left to die in isolation which he no-doubt did not deserve to be put in!

I am enclosing a booklet I created, which is a compilation of websites on the Obama and Clinton corruption,that is destroying our country!  If GHW Bush remained President for a second term, we would not have been attacked on September 11, 2011.  Clinton would not have had all that Presidential power to hook up with corrupted people all over the world.  Clinton was in the White House watching TV with some of those corrupted people who funded HIS corruption, as they watch an FBI agent be murdered, as they watch many of the dwellers of that building be murdered by David Koresh! It was nothing more than entertainment, like watching the gladiators!  How people can even have a good night’s sleep  only reflects that they are part of the problem, not the solution.  We are on the verge of losing our country because of their corruption, yet they continue to support the Clintons, whose power only rests in corruption – they are no strength!  They are destructive!

The absence of evidence is evidence of absence, yet in Raymond Clark’s case, he was entrapped by police! They planted that shirt in the drop ceiling!  If Raymond Clark had done it himself, there would be proof he used a ladder or something else to reach it!  And the fact the ceiling was placed back perfectly, is also a reflection.  A bloody shirt – and no other traces?  Those police broke into his apartment, stole some of his property, and planted it there! That is why they “needed” a few days and to keep the building open allowed them opportunity to taint evidence!  The only reason that young man changed his plea from not guilty to guilty was because Judge Blue sentenced Steven Hayes to death that day and because Blue was on Raymond Clark’s case, and they tormented Raymond Clark to believe that he was next!  I wanted to go to Raymond Clark’s hearing that day, to be a support for his innocence.  Most likely, they told Raymond I was out there to make sure he got the death penalty. They are pathetic liars, have nothing to do with justice – and yet Yale removes themselves from his case and don’t care because money is all that matters apparently.  

I am sickened by all this corruption!  It has taken up the better part of my life! My father was forced to die right in front of me – all conspired by a brother who hooked up with the child-molesting priest! When I told him that Dad wrote him a strong letter telling him to not go near his property, not see him at the convalescent home – my brother lied to me and said he supported it.  Yet behind my back, he conspired with the priest and even lied to hospital staff, telling them my father molested me!  Yet, he gets away with my father’s murder, despite bragging about his reason for flying down to New Mexico, “I came down to help Dad die”.  I knew that priest was trying to kill my father and did not want to leave my father’s room because of it.  Hospital staff were not adhering to requests. I left his room only to take a nap in my car, because staff refused to give me a lounger to lie in, despite having them available.  When I got back an hour later, my father had been pushed over and the chest tube was stabbing his lungs!  He was in horrible pain!  Yet they caught it in time.  I called my brother and told him that priest was not successful in killing my father but what will he do next.  Little did I know that my brother was conspiring with him!  That is how much he resented my leaving my job and going down to help my father.  My siblings actually packed him and sent him to New Mexico, refusing to help Dad see a doctor, which was the reason why he and my mother moved out of their house in Florida. My father was too sick to take care of the house anymore. The VA doctor told him if they choose to go back to NY, my father needed medical attention right away. No one was helping him! And this New Haven society could have cared less about my father’s murder because it was too much bother.  My brother had my father forced into hospice and told me that the doctor ordered it because he was bleeding internally from his lungs, from the chest tube stabbing him, contrary to what I was told.  After my father died, the doctor’s office claimed my father’s lungs were clear and my brother told them that the family was all in agreement that my father needed to go to hospice and die.  And what about my father’s wants?  By drugging him up, he was unable to speak for himself anymore!  That was not ordered by the doctor.  My brother manipulated that! His wife was a nurse and the only thing she was good at was killing people!  I have indeed seen such evil done and all we have to do is actually see the news!  We have a President who enjoys allowing ISIS behead thousands of people – who is an agent for ISIS, yet is tied with the Clintons who help him get away with his crimes!

That train derailment in Philadelphia was plotted! The fact that NPR kept streaming broadcasts about the engineer going too fast was mirroring the Metro North derailment in NYC – most likely caused by the same people.  Most likely their brakes were tampered with.  It was not Amtrak’s fault.  It was was not Metro North’s fault in NYC.  Yet Metro North had to take measure to diffuse the situation, since Obama planners love to spur riots.  Picking Ferguson, MO was a name-game.  Kathy Ferguson was a Clinton supporter and volunteered on his campaign. She worked in the White House the first year yet left because Clinton is a sex offender.  He tried to attack her.  She began working for Starbucks and was talking about coming out with her story.  While they were closing their store, she was brutally murdered – convenient for Clinton to cover up his crimes! Many others have been murdered – all tied to the Clinton scandals, all planning to expose the Clintons!

I do not have time to edit this to correct mistakes.  Yet the context of my letter should be clear enough to forgive my errors and understand what I am bringing to your office’s attention.

For ONCE, for God’s sake, I would like to see the Yale Law Department actually administer law and help Raymond Clark!  They have harmed him with their apathy!
